Lol yes you are right, can you tell me with the form builder can we make something like this http://codecanyon.net/item/ajax-contact-form-extended/full_screen_preview/82622 and make it responsive ?? I'm looking to building my new site responsive so I thought I might aswell ask? If so is this hard to accomplish? I'm not good with php but learning the ropes?

Easy for you or easy for me? It is certainly possible... responsive design is done with css, so the php won't interfere with whatever is done there.

I think it would be relatively easy to create a responsive, AJAX driven form like the one you refer to, but if you have to ask then I'm sure it would be at least slightly more difficult for you.
