No 'Bill me later' button or option in my PayPal-account

I trie to buy Super Suite pack with the PayPal 'Bill me later' option as suggested on the website. However I see now button or option 'Bill me later' in my PayPal. I have a personal PayPal-account.

The bill me later option will show when someone tries to make a purchase and is taken to the paypal web site with either Express Checkout or Paypal Standard.... If you have a url where I can see the issue I can investigate it further.

Unfortunately Bill Me Later is not available in some countries including Belgium. This is a credit line service provided by paypal, so it is subject to their terms and restrictions including country of origin.
