My files were not created on started.

Warning: require_once(WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/townofos/public_html/index.php on line 15

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/townofos/public_html/index.php on line 15

I have attached my FTP info as well as a screen shot of my file permissions.

Make sure you have uploaded the file: WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php

The error implies the file was not put up to the server properly.

file not available on local

The file is NOT on my local to upload. None of the admin or CMS files or template or anything were created. Now we used another computer and the wa_cms folder and files were created but NOT the install_cms folder and files and admin folder and more were not created and I get this error:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/townofos/public_html/_Test.php:5) in /home/townofos/public_html/WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php on line 8 We have NOT transferred the domain name yet, we modified our host file so we can access the new server.

Delete your Connections/PowerCMSConnection.php file and then add another CMS area to the page. That should cause it to copy over all of the necessary files to your localhost so you can upload them.

Delete on my local or the server or both?

Just delete it on your local... then just add an existing content area from CMS to a test page. That should cause it to re-create all of the powercms files that you can then upload.

Just for my notes: You have to recreate the connection in order for the page content to be added. Thank You!

You can always manually sync all of the powercms files by copying them from your dreamweaver configuration folder... they will be located at:

/Configuration/Shared/Webassist/PowerCMS/CMS/

if you take all of the contents of that folder and copy them to the root of your site it will be all of the necessary files... this is also a good way to upgrade when a new version comes out.
