Email to company fullfillment department

Email to company fullfillment department

I'm sure I am missing something simple here but when setting up the checkout pages for eCart the wizard provides a way to send a confirmation email to the customer when they place an order. I'm not seeing where an email can be sent to the company's order/shipping department to let them know that the order has been placed and provide specifics on the items that need to be shipped.

the universal email behavior is added to the confirm page by the wizard, you can edit the UE behavior to add another to address to have the email sent to the shipping provider as well as the customer.
