Edit button on shipping rules not hot linked

Installing new PowerStore
powerstore/admin/admin_settings.php
I can add a shipping rule but can not edit it, nor delete it. The underlined "edit" and "delete" are not linked.

Another pester question. I need to download some product images from another powergallery to use on the new one. Can you tell me where they live please. The closest path I can figure has a image_cashe in the path.

store/webassist/plugins/catalog/scripts/image_cache/imagesupload/main/crop/0049m_w300_h200/0049m_04160141.jpg

I'm trying to find the largest version of the products that I need to upload to the new cart.

that is the location of the cached images.

if you look on the Choose Galery tab, it shows a listing of all your galleries, underneath the galery name, it will show the image location address. This is where the gallery images are uploaded to.
