Power CMS :: links not working on public part of web site in Firefox.

My links are not working on this web site: http://www.mimamn.org/links.php but only in Firefox. The links work in other browsers.

This is what is entered into the HTML editor: <a href="http://www.aphl.org/Pages/default.aspx" style="color: rgb(121, 16, 10);" target="_blank">http://www.aphl.org/Pages/default.aspx</a>

I am not able to reproduce, the links on that page are working fine for me in Fire Fox.

I have tested this on 2 separate systems.

I am going to remove all of the code and start from scratch. There is garbage MS Word code beneath it right now. Very weird.
