HTML editor not appearing on screen ... again...

This is outside of the PowerCMS application, which is where I usually use the HTML Editor. This is on a page where I want to compose an email. I created a page and inserted the HTML editor into my page, and it's not visible when I browse it. Please see private email...

Thanks, Craig, but this did not work. All of the files are on the server.

wwwroot is the directory where the files are located. Yes, it's on a windows server.

This site is using CK Editor 3.1.3. Make sure you have the latest version of Data Bridge installed, we have recently released 1.1.4 which uses CK Editor 4.

uninstall the previous Data Bridge version, then install the newer version from your download center.

in the Webassist folder, rename the CKEditor folder, then edit the HTML editor instance to have the files recreated using the newer versions,
