Missing text area in editor

Hi, I have just had a phone call from my client saying he is unable to enter text in the HTML editor! I am able to do so on my Mac though, it's just his PC that won't allow the text area to show. He's on windows 7, and I have just tested on another windows 7 PC and it worked, so what could be wrong?

I have attached a screen shot of his browser window.

This is an issue with the version of CKEditor you have not being compatible with IE 10.
