digital file pro to insert update

ive been able to upload images on both update and insert
having trouble adding to data base
database has
fileName
and fileName_thumb
i click on the insert record then i go into bindings select fileName click lighting bolt select ../uloadfolder/[filename]: serverfile name for the main fileName
then i selected ../uloadfolder/thumbs/[filename]: serverfile name for the thumbnail
basically need both info fileName and fileName_thumb
it did not insert the info into databasse
ps the upload is an overlay when image is uplosdded that works but does not go into insert to the data base

also second note how do i keep info in a text block when form refreshes
becuase image info is in over lay
also in the form element i have
<?php echo((isset($_POST["ContentRefID"]))?$_POST["ContentRefID"]:"") ?>

all form processing must occur on the forms action page.

you have added the form field to the pages.php file, so the upload behavior and the insert record behavior must be on the at file.
