How to maintain contact with Powerstore Customers

We are planning to use Power Messenger to send follow-up contact with Powerstore 4.5.3 customers. To maintain this database of customers will we simply export the ps4_users table into a csv file followed by an import into the Power Messenger users table? What is the name of the Power Messengers table going to be and if we have other users in the Power Messenger table with the new users be inserted into that list with the import?

Thanks

the Power Messenger users table is named:
pm1_users

if you where to export the power store users table and import it to power messenger, duplicates would be created if the user exists in both.

you may want to view the following tutorial:

Thanks

The tutorial was interesting as we are a sports facility but there is no one size fits all. I will look at the Powerstore user table and the Power Messenger user table once it is purchased, installed and configured and decide on the best approach.

Thanks again....
