Address not showing in paypal

Hey Jason

When I complete the billing details form on checkout.php page, they show fine on the confirm.php page. but when i then click check out and go to paypal they dont show in the address field..

also, there is no address showing for the transaction in the clients paypal account and I get the attached saying no postal address on file...

what do I need to do?

Cheers

Jamie

The billing address should be displayed with the order information in the paypal admin section.

when logged into the paypal account, you should be able to access the order to see the billing address.

you will need to contact paypal to determine why they are not recording the address.

Could it be down to using the wrong credentials? I am using the API username found in the API access area on PayPal.... Is that the right one to be using? (Sorry if this is a dumb question but I have never done this before!)

your using papal standard, so should be using the login address for the business account.
