Free Tools blank activation screen on Dreamweaver CS5 startup

I've recently updated my products in the following order: eCart, Design Extender, DataBridge, then Free Tools. Now I'm getting a blank Free Tools activation screen that shows up whenever I start my Dreamweaver CS5. Any help, without recreating the extension folder, would be appreciated. I've already recreated the extension folder in the last 6 months.

Try uninstalling Data Bridge, then reinstalling it, I usually try to install free tools after eCart so free tools is not installed last.

That didn't work. Should I uninstall all 4 extensions and reinstall? If so, what order now? I followed the order given to me by you the last time I had problems, but it seems the order has changed. Thanks.

it would be quicker to rename the configuration folder, that in effect uninstalls the extensions.

for help finding the configuration folder, see the following tutorial:
http://www.webassist.com/community/tutorials/view_tutorial.php?tid=95

the install order i recommend is:
eCart
Free Tools
Design Extender
Data Bridge

Unfortunately, like many other users, I have over 30 other extensions from other vendors. Trying to reinstall all of them because 4 of the same extensions can't play nicely together is a bit of overkill. It would be better if your extensions were compatible with each other, I think. Maybe in the near future? This would be the second time I've had to start over since I've been upgrading these extensions. Please help make this easier, more productive, and more efficient. Thanks!

Ok, so then the other option is to uninstall them through the extension manager, then reinstall them in the suggested order.

That didn't work either. Guess I'll just have to live with it.

we looked at this in a screen sharing session.

The blank activation window was showing at DW Startup.

we created a blank page and added the PayPal Buy Now button, this triggered the normal activation process which was not blank.

once the activation was completed, the blank activation at startup did not come up again.
