Could Data Assist be deleting my connection files?

I am using Dreamweaver CC and am having problems connection to my database.

As I have mentioned earlier, my site is set up correctly, I have a testing server and I have ensured that the _mmServerScripts folder is in the correct location and has the correct files in it - MMHTTPDB.php mysql.php WA_DBScript.php These files I have got from: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CC\LocalLanguage\Configuration\Connections\Scripts\PHP_MySQL\_mmDBScripts

I can create recordsets and connect to the database through DW CC however as soon as I connect DataAssist the MMHTTPDB.php and mysql.php files get deleted and as such Data Assist can not see the columns in my tables and then I can not make any more connections directly from DW CC until I upload the files again.

Please help!!

Jason ByrnesWebAssist

here is an updated copy of 2 files that should go in the users configuration to correct the problem.

for help finding the configuration folder, see the following tutorial:
http://www.webassist.com/community/tutorials/view_tutorial.php?tid=95

from there, the attached files should be copied to:
/shared/webassist/libary/WA_Databases.js
shared/webassist/PowerCMS/PowerCMS_Shared.js

Thank you Jason,

I wish I had seen this two days ago. As it stands now I'll enter the real world as the bald one.
