Get seaerch results and print to page

We are successfully printing the search results to display on the page on certain pages of our site including this horse results page;
http://www.communityhotline.com/PrideFarms/Barrel-Racing-Horses-For-Sale.php?customerid=6246&horse_year_foaled=2012&Search=Search&theme=Cust6246 where it displays the searched year on the top of the page. I tried to simply copy the get code on the attached page and expect it to display on this page: http://www.communityhotline.com/Member/Directory-Results.php?S_fldnotes=Verified+P&Search.x=48&Search.y=7&theme=default and expect it to print Verified + P but it is not working. I have attached the code and FTP info.

I dont follow, can you please provide more details.

On this page http://www.communityhotline.com/Hobbies-Sports-Directory/Directory-Int-Results.php we print Hobbies & Sports Directory 1 to 60 of 73 Directory Listings: | Art | Crafts | Hobbies which shows the user searched/selected Art | Craft | Hobbies from the select menu on the left.

On this page we GET the searched term and also display it on the page. http://www.communityhotline.com/PrideFarms/Barrel-Racing-Horses-For-Sale.php?customerid=6246&horse_year_foaled=2011&Search=Search&theme=Cust6246 So this link is filtering to a search term horse_year_foaled of 2011 thus we print 2011 Horses for Sale | 1 to 9 of 9 on the top of the page.

On this page I would like to print various search results as well. http://www.communityhotline.com/Member/Directory-Results.php?S_fldnotes=Verified+P&Search.x=48&Search.y=7 When the user clicks on this link I want to display Verified P Directory Listings 1 to 16 of 16 instead of just Directory Listings 1 to 16 of 16 .

the URL variable is named S_fldnotes:
S_fldnotes=Verified+P

so the code should be:
