CSS Form Builder

I just installed Current version CSS Form builder into my DW CS6 but was unable to get it installed properly on my Mac 10.6.8 - I researched your support files - I removed the dat file created in the Library. When I open DW, I get an error message saying the js file in the us config is empty...

Please Advise.

The Stand Alone version of CSS Form Builder is not compatible with Dreamweaver CS6, the extensions that we offer that are compatible with DW CS6 are:
eCart 5
Design Extender
Data Bridge
Free Tools

Data Bridge is a consolidation of the Dynamic Data Extension and includes CSS Form Builder. You would need to purchase the Data Bridge upgrade to use Form Builders functionality in Dreamweaver CS 6.
