give date picker recordset value

Hi

Is it possible to give date picker a value from a record set, as one would to any other form field,if so how please.
My application is a progress page updating dates held in a mysql table.
As even thanks in advabce

Yes you can, but you may need to do a little bit of extra work if you are formatting the date into a non-US format.

If you look at the code view for the date picker, you should see something like this...

<input id="DatePicker1" name="DatePicker1" type="text" value=""..........

If you add the recordset binding to the value "", then you should see it displayed when the page loads

Many thanks that worked, I thought it was that way, but when I first tried it what I did not notice was that when I opened the date picker the assigned date has a different colour box, thus I thought my intuitive thoughts were wrong.

After hours of additional hand coding - there are 30 date pickers on the page, it is all functioning.
