accidental closed ticket must reopen

clicked on close to close the window, mistakenly closed the support ticket. was sending the ipconfig file for manual activation of ecart. how to re-open ticket?

still no luck

sorry, thanks for trying but still no luck. And also tried it again this time with throwing out the winfilecache, no luck either.
