Shared files between extensions - should I wait for upgrade?

I sat in on the paid data assist / ecart webinar and must say it was a very good webinar just to prove how easy it is to create a shopping cart with webassist products.

I asked if I should wait for the upgrade to build my cart during the webinar and was told no, start now, but I didn't ask the following:

A point was raised with respect to the info about install order of your extensions and how ecart has older shared files than data bridge.

Does ecarts older shared files mean that when I run the cart wizards after I've run data assist, will it overwrite any shared files used across the website thus breaking parts of already working pages?

Thanks.

NO, just make sure that eCart is not installed last, the shared files are resources like buttons used in the UI's, they do not effect the pages created by the UI's only how the UI's work.
