How do I validate a number that is greater than 0 but less than 1?

Brett Atkin

How do I validate a number that is greater than 0 but less than 1?

Using the Number validation with these settings:

Format: English
Minimum: 0
Maximum: 100000000000
Allow Decimals: 2
Round: 0.01
Reformat: None

When I enter any value less than 1 but greater than 0, say .56, I throws the error. If I enter 0.56, it passes validation.

Am I doing something wrong with the validation settings?

I am not able to reproduce the problem.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

Jason, please see private message.

I see, this is using client side validation.

Client side validation uses Javascript.

javascript does not recognize .34 as a valid number. javascript requires that the leading 0 be entered when using a decimal.
