How would I include zero values in a numerical range search?

Hi there, I have a database search up and running which includes a price comparison feature, so the user chooses from a minimum and maximum price, and results within those parameters are returned. Here's the code for it for the form fields minPrice and maxPrice:

$WADbSearch1->addComparison("price","".WADS_stripCurrency($_POST["minPrice"]) ."","AND",">=",1);
$WADbSearch1->addComparison("price","".WADS_stripCurrency($_POST["maxPrice"]) ."","AND","<=",1);

My customer sometimes has items that are set as 'Price on Application', and in this case there is a zero in the price field in the database. Is there a way that I can make it so that all results within minPrice and maxPrice AND all results with a price of 0 are returned in the result?

No data Assist Assit search wont be able to do that, it is not able to perform the type of grouping that would be necessary. data assist search is not able to use compound groups of AND / OR queries. the query for that would need to be:

WHERE price = 0 OR (price >= 1 AND price <= 4)

Data Assist Search would not be able to create the group for the second part of the query.
