Not seeing attachments

Not seeing attachments (sometimes)

Responding to a couple of threads where posts have attachments, I am unable to see them. (the attachments)

I have tried in Chrome FF and IE10

I CAN see files I have uploaded myself, just not those uploaded by others

in this thread I can see the attachment http://www.webassist.com/forums/posts.php?id=31501

in this thread, I cant http://www.webassist.com/forums/posts.php?id=31479
