Specific log in needed

Client wants a log in page to access some info to specific clients only. Can we make a page that uses the login but ONLY uses a password appointed by my client?

yes, the client would need to create the registration to set the password.

In other words make a registration page for my clients viewing only that would generate the user and password and they can give that out to their clients? Never though of that...
