'Forgot password' link on SecurityAssist login page

A trivial question: When creating SecurityAssist pages, the login page should have a 'Forgot Password' link to the ForgotPassword page. Should I just add a simple link or must it have a querystring with the relevant userID? I could not find any reference to this in the forums.

No query sting is needed, just a standard link will be fine.
