Activation

Hi, I can´t activate my extenisons, got the serial numbers from webassist site, paste in place, appears the green sign, click activate, and appears:

Unexpected error -2.

Can you help me please?

Visit the My Accounts page and click the All My Downloads link, then select the Clear Activations option.

Still error -2

The problem persist, I rest the activation and still the Unexpected error: -2

What else can I do?

I´ll buy the Data Assist Upgrade, but I have some other extensions that I think I can use.
