Yes, this problem happen with some product, but I have analyzed the products causing the problem and can not identify the problem in the database.
Here has a product that causes the problem, "order" and then "view cart"

in the add to art code, i change:

$ATC_itemName = "".$row_rcsProdutos['nomPrd'] ."";// column binding

to use htmlentites:
$ATC_itemName = "".htmlentities($row_rcsProdutos['nomPrd']) ."";// column binding

which corrected the error.
