Emailing listbox choices with multiple selections

On this page, http://www.allanbaumgarten.com/signup.php, I have a form, which sends the results in an email. The listbox on the form is set to allow selection of multiple options, but when it sends the email, it's only sending one option, regardless of how many are checked. How can I get universal email to do this?

add the following code at line 1:

php:
<?php

if($_SERVER["REQUEST_METHOD"] == "POST")     {
    foreach(
$_POST as $key => $val) {
        if(
is_array($_POST[$key])) $_POST[$key] = implode(", "$_POST[$key]);
    }
}
?>

Thanks, Jason. I also added the following to get it to write the array to the database.

GetSQLValueString(implode(',', $_POST['which_state']), "text"));
