mailing doesn't sen email

I try to send the newsletter, but i send the newsletter the window of mail pop up i do the sending, but any newsletter doesn't arrive. Pleas can you help me.

I'll need some more details please, who is your host?

You may need to enter a SMTP server address in the email server settings, that address will depend on who your host is.

Power Messenger cannot be used with mail servers that require authentication.

your host should offer an SMTP mail server that does not require authentication, you should use that mail server address.

there is another way to fix it...because i spoke with hosting service and they told me they can do it, because it will affect to all costumers...

No, Power Messenger canot be used with an SMTP server that requires authentication.

Power Messenger uses the php mail() function to connection to the SMTP Server, the mail() function is not capable of passing authentication to the server.

can you recommend a hosting service where i dont have no problems with it and can install power messager with any trouble

I have used it on 1 & 1, and have heard reports from others that it works on Dreamhosts.

make sure the permisions for the webassist/email folder have allow for read an write access.

set them to 755 or 777
