Multiple Shipping Carriers with Multiple Shipping Services

How do I setup multiple shipping carriers and then multiple shipping services for each carrier? There is only 1 shipping carrier that you can set up in the checkout wizard with only 1 shipping service. I am using Ecart 5.

This requires hand coding to accomplish.

you would need to add select list to the checkout form to select the carrier, and a select list to select the service, and store the selected values in session variables.

On the confirm page, you would need to add a server behavior for each of the available shipping services.

in the eCart object crete a shipping rule to for each server and trigger the one to use based on the selected service session.

if you need help implementing this, we can assist you in a premiere support appointment:

Thank you...another question. If the checkout form is not secured but is using Paypal Pro as processor. Do we need to have an SSL certificate for the checkout form?

Yes, using PayPal Pro as the payment method, the checkout form should be on an SSL Server to pass Credit Card information securely to the payment gateway.
