WA_Configuration.js errors / upload files and AlternateSelClass.htm

WA_Configuration.js errors / upload files and AlternateSelClass.htm

I used the free tools to make a pay pal cart, went great after watching the tutorial. Uploaded them and all was groovy. When I tried reopening them the product pages return a javascript error (screen caps attached). They don't even open in CS6 and lock the program, but show a javascript error in CS5.5. I can edit the pages manually but have to hit the return multiple times to dismiss the errors. Is there something hosed in my install of data bridge or something? Can you help get rid of this and whatever is causing it?

what extension including the version numbers are installed?

the extensions that are compatible with DW CS6 are:
eCart 5.0.5
Free Tools
Design Extender
Data Bridge

and they should be installed in the order listed above.

have you tried Deleting the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

Please provide additional details.

What extensions are installed, including the version numbers?

You mention that you have eCart 5.0.05 installed, the current version of eCart 5 is 5.0.7.

If you also have Design Extender, Data Bridge, or free Tools, those extensions must be installed after eCart 5.

Are you also installing DEsign Extender, Data Bridge and Free tools? if so, the install procedure would be:

-Install eCart 5.0.7, then open DW and close it.

-Install Design Extender 1.1.8, Data Bridge 1.1.9, Free Tools 1.1.0

-Open DW, if the WebAssist installer does not start, open a php page to force it to start and finish the installation of the extensions. Once the WA INstaller completes, restart DW.
