eCart 6 is not yet available.

We have just started development on it, and it should be going into beta testing in the next few months, we do not have a date finalized for when it will be released.

The Announcements around eCart 6 have been to let customers know that it is the next extension we will be releasing and the pricing and upgrade options that will be available when it is released.
