Transferring Domain of PowerCMS enabled site

I have been working with my client to update the cms content on my testing server.

We are planning to go live soon, I wondered are there any pitfalls to expect with a pre-installed Power CMS when the domain is transferred, or a walkthough ?

(i don't want to re-install power cms if I don;t need to)

I can change the site name in the wa_settings table, is there anything else I have to consider ?

thanks

as long as the power cms files are installed to the same location on the new domain, there should not be any issues.

what i mean by that, is if you install power cms to a subdirectory on the initial domain:

http://site1.com/powercms

it will need to be installed in the same subdirectory on the new domain:
http://site2.com/powercms
