option selected details page image gets bigger rather than staying same size regular image

I have an option on some of our books where a customer can choose to purchase a printed book or an ebook. The default is "print". If you select ebook, the image of the book gets very large. How can I make it so it stays the same size as the original image?

make sure the image you selected for the option is the same size as the original, if you still have a problem, please send a link.

I don't see where it gives the option in "Product Options" to specify image size. Is that an option?

what i meant was the sizeof the image file.

make sure that both images in the original files are the same size.

you may have to resize the image before uploading it.

I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly, BUT, both options use the same image -- one is a printed book and one is an ebook. We only have one image.

When i test that page, the image size does not change.

I'm using Safari, Firefox, and Chrome for Mac. The only one it DOESN'T change in is Safari.
