Problem with activation errors after installing Data Bridge and Design Extender

Hi Folks:

I just purchased Data Bridge and Design extender and get the errors show in the attachments. Previously I had older versions of WA software installed which I uninstalled prior to attempting to install the new extensions. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling databridge and design extender, but the error does not go away.

I am running Windows 7 Pro with the latest updates.
Dreamweaver is CS6 with the latest updates.

Thank you in advance for any help or advice.

Sincerely;
Matthew Friend

go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

Hi Jason, thank you for your help.

I followed the directions given and none of the issues are resolved. I reset the workspace layout several times as well as changing it from classic to something else.

I uninstalled data bridge and design extender and deleted the wincache file several times. I also tried just installing one of the products, deleting the wincache.

Regarding the missing tag error when starting up DW - the error does not occur when all the WA software is uninstalled (and it was not there prior to my uninstaling the old versions of WA software and installing the new versions).
