How can I update my pages after i've made changes to my Database table that WebAssist has used to complete the 'Double Opt in Log in system.?

How can I update my pages after i've made changes to my Database table that WebAssist has used to complete the 'Double Opt in Log in system.?

1) I created the Double Opt in System using Web Assist You Tube.
2) I needed to add 1 more field in my Database. ( Are you wanting to enrol? - yes/no

Now I need to know how i can update the tables on the pages accordingly. or
Do have to start the Double Opt in System again?

On the pages, you will need to update server behaviors to recognize the new column.

for example, on the registration page, add a new form element for the new column, then edit the insert record server behavior to bind the new column to the new form element.
