Where are the support tickets?

I have some support tickets that I need to revisit. They are fairly recent and I am in the "my account" area and click on the "support" tab. It scrolls to the bottom and all I see are my forum posts. If I click on the link then click on where you said "I have created a support ticket etc etc" it takes me back to the my account area.

The back end ticket archive is not availbale at this time, It will be added back in soone.

if there is a particular issue you would like me to look up, give a link to the forum thread and i can look up the incident details.
