You would need to edit the power store template files to change the design, edit the template to use your design.

the power store files will need to be in the dreamweaver site root for this work. after making the changges to the tempalte, apply the changes to the power store pages.

The Power Store template files are located in the Templates directory.

you would need to edit those files and the power store CSS to reflect your layout.

There are not really any specific directions i can give other than editing the Template files to your layout.

just make sure not to remove any of the editable regions.

So I need to edit that and the css.

Can I just copy and past the bits I need from the Main.dwt.php and any java ect and then save my website as Main.dwt.php ?

sorry to be a pain im still learning and have never done this. I have always hard coded only in html and never done a shop.

Thanks
Daniel

I don't recommend copying and pasting, but you can give it a try.

Just make sure that the new template you create has the same editable regions as the original one.

Ok thanks Jason. Can someone do a tutorial showing how its done or an update so you can imported a design in to powerstore easy.

If not could someone please do a screen sharing, when someone has some time. this would really help me and would help me learn this.

Thanks again

There are no tutorial for Modifying Power Store 3's design and it has been replaced by Power Store 4. There are tutorials for creating a custom Theme in Power Store 4 on the learning resources page.

Power Store 3 uses Dreamweaver templates for the Design.

Fro Details on working with DW Templates see this tutorial:
