site import crashing CS4

I redownload the 3.0.2 extension thinking it would fix the problem, but upon clicking "go" CS4 crashes. I don't know if this is part of the problem but in the past I called about getting an error message when launching CS4

"Unable to find file WA_SiteImport.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be show."

Upon clicking "OK" the message reappears and I need to click on "OK" again to finish the launch. Before siteImport causing the crashes yesterday the WA widget window would appear even though the error message said it wouldn't. Now it no longer appears and siteimport still crashes CS4

Try deleting your win/mac filecache. Here is a thread that explains how to do this:

Glad to see it worked. If you have any additional issues, feel free to make a new thread or ask in this thread if the issue is related.

SiteImport crashes CS4

I have the same problem. When I open CS4, I get the same message "Unable to find file WA_SiteImport.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be show."
I click OK and then it takes a while for CS4 to fully open. I deleted the MacFileCache.dat, then uninstalled SiteImport...and when reopening CS4, the error message was still showing...deleted the MacFileCache again...reopened CS4...still same error message...

Try uninstalling the extension, downloading the extension again and installing.
