Ecart confim.php button not working

In my Ecart on localhost test I can get as far confirm.php but when I press the confirm button
nothing happens.
I am attaching the zipped code and wonder if you can see where I am going wrong please?

There are no server behaviors on this conform page to process the order through a gateway, or to store the order in the database, nor is there a behavior to email a receipt.

there are no behaviors that woulds be used to process the order. the behaviors to process the order would redirect to the success page.

You need to process the order in some way.

My guess is that you selected to not use a payment gateway, but also selected not to store the order in the database, or to send a receipt.

When not using a gateway, you will still want to store the order in the database, otherwise, there will not be a record of the order.
