One of the WebAssist pages is loading without CSS

I just logged into WebAssist. When opening this page https://www.webassist.com/index.php?login=1&accesscheck=/index.php , the page loads without CSS.

Also, may I ask, are threads for CSS and other non-WebAssist related questions deactivated? It was a nice way to ask for help without having to leave the WebAssist forum.

I tried reloading. Still the same. This is in Chrome. I tried Safari, and there it works fine. Both on Mac.
