PowerStore Installation

Purchased Powerstore and uploaded all the PowerStore files into a live server, and through ftp, click on install, a window pop up which read

Welcome to the PowerStore 4 Installation Wizard. This wizard allows you to quickly configure PowerStore to work on your live server. Once completed, your PowerStore website will be functioning and you will have access to the administrative area to manage your online store.

Get Started"

When I clicked on the "Get Started" button, the following message appeared on the next page

"This page can't be displayed

•Make sure the web address ftp://mystore.com is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes

Fix connection problems."

My computer was connected to internet and I repeated the installation steps several times and the above mentioned message kept appearing.

Is there something that I am doing wrong? Any help will be appreciated.
