SecurityAssist Create Pages fails to build form fields - general fail

Hi, Recently installed DB v113 onto DWCS6

I've just run DataBridges Security Pages creation wizard (with a .php page open in the background).

I've selected the 'create new table' option, which has created a MySQL new table called pcms2_users ok, the fields are all present and correct in the table and the wizard appears to run without issue, however, each page is being created without any fields present and the code is being created as text, not html/php etc - see attached screenshot.

Any ideas please?

YEs, you should not let Dreamweaver migrate the extensions from a previous version, it is always best to perform a clean install of the extensions.
