Shipping / Handling Charges

Hi Jason,

When adding a Shipping / Handling Charges to a product, is there a reason why you do not see the (Ship/Handling charge ) in the cart or on the (paypal screen order summary)?

I know it does show on the confirmation page before submitting the order.

Is there a reason why there is not a cancel button on the submit the order page?

Thanks Roz

What paypal system are you using?

With Paypal express checkout, the shipping is not calculated till the user goes to payal, enters the shipping address then returns to the pp_confirm page page. the shipping address is not known until that point in order to calculate the shipping change.

a cancel order button is not really needed, simply browsing away from the confirm order page will cancel the order.

Ok Thanks,

Using PayPal express, and using a flat rate that is inputed in the Shipping / Handling Charges under additional setting when entering product information.

shipping is not applied till the user is redirected to the pp_confirm page, regardless of it being a flat rate or not.
