Could not find admin on site. Browse to the page through the CMS admin to edit content.

Hi Jason: My hard drive crashed and had to install a new one. After I finally had PowerCMS working beautifully I had to start from scratch. I face a new problem today. The question topic here is the error message I get in Dreamweaver when I try to edit a content area. But, when I go to localhost and find the website and click on it, the page opens up but the CMS admin does not open so I can't edit the content. I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks.
