Binding From email in Univarsal Email

I am using CSS Form Builder 2.0.1 In the original version of Universal email you could bind the from email using the lightning bolt next to the from email box. This now seems to have disappeared. It is now asking for a connection to a database. Can you please advise how i now bind the from form fillers email address into the from field (see diagram)
Thanks

Are you adding the form to a PHP Page?

If you are adding the form to a PHP Page, it should populate the bindings panel with the bindings for the form that is being created.

If not, then the dynamic binding can be set after the form is created.

After creating the form, go to the server behaviors panel and double click the Universal Email server behavior to edit the settings. you should be able to select the Dynamic binding that way.

Hi Yes adding a PHP page

When I click the lightning bolt next to from after opening Universal Email Server Behaviour I am asked to set up a testing server. As I am not using a database on this form so I do not need a connection. I just heed to bind the form data

Your site needs to be set to have a testing server connection in order for the Bindings panel to work correctly.

see the following tutorial for details on defining a site for dynamic development:
