i updated the webassist\plugins\main_menu\menu.php and admin_pm\audiences.php to correct the issue, i have also logged the problem in our bug base to be corrected in a future version.

The thing is the audience filters doesn't wordk too, can you try it...

Looking at the page source, the source code has double spacing in it. I can see this double spacing also in the Javascriot files which is causing errors in the scripts.

this can happen with some FTP Programs when transferring from a Windows System to a Unix server due to the differences in line break characters used by those 2 OS's.

In your FTP Client make sure the transfer mode is set to ASCII, this can happen when the Binary transfer mode is used.

By solution pack, i mean the Files for the Power Messenger Solution pack.

basically, i am saying that the original upload of the power Messenger files did not transfer correctly. so you need to re upload them, this tile make sure the FTP program you use is set to use the ASCII Transfer method.
