the default unstlyed form does not have any CSS Applied to it.

you have 2 options:

1) Create a form layout using CSS Form Builder that has the layout you wish to use, save it as a preset, and select that as as the form design in the Data Brodge wizard.

2) Add css to unstyled form to give it tje look you want, for example to move the labels, and elements onto the same line, you need to create a style to add width to the line group, and float and width to the label and elements:

.lineGroup {
overflow: hidden;
width: 400px;
}

.sublabel {
float: left;
width: 200px;
}

.errorGroup {
float: left;
width: 200px;
}

there is no style associated to this form. It is using the fd_basic_default style which does not fdefine any css.

add the following css:
.lineGroup {
overflow: hidden;
width: 400px;
}

.sublabel {
float: left;
width: 200px;
}

.errorGroup {
float: left;
width: 200px;
}

to put the labels on the same row as the elements.

add a style tag in the head of the page:

<style type="text/css">
.lineGroup {
overflow: hidden;
width: 400px;
}

.sublabel {
float: left;
width: 200px;
}

.errorGroup {
float: left;
width: 200px;
}
</style>
