Why won't PowerCMS wizard Page 3 take my database information?

Why won't PowerCMS wizard Page 3 take my database information?

I have entered all of the four lines of information, copying and pasting it directly from My/SQL database at GoDaddy.com. The only entry the PowerCMS Installation Wizard will accept is the name of my Database. It rejects the Username (at GoDaddy, the Username and Database have the same name). The Wizard also rejects the Server/Host Name and my Password.

This was an issue with trying to install on the local server, and using the database details for the remote server.
