trying to add another admin user and error pops up pointing to the 'Password' field saying I need to add a first name

I just installed PS4.5.3 on a localhost and cannot add another Super User because when trying to add another admin user and error pops up pointing to the 'Password' field saying I need to add a first name. Then I cannot add the new Admin user.

I see, it's the users update page. in the admin/users_update.php page, change line 84:

php:
$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateEM(((isset($_POST["UserPassword"]))?$_POST["UserPassword"]:"") . "",true,3);

to:

php:
$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateRQ(((isset($_POST["UserPassword"]))?$_POST["UserPassword"]:"") . "",true,3);

i have logged this as a bug in our bugbase.
