Looking at the source for that page, in the flash parameters I see you have
<param name="wmode" value="opaque" />

If you change that to
<param name="wmode" value="transparent" />

then it should work fine.

I tried that, and it is still falling behind the flash

Actually, I still see wmode set to opaque in the first set object parameters. It looks like that parameter is in there twice. Try removing one, or setting them both to transparent.

I dont have a mac handy, but in Safari for windows, even now, it works fine.

Well I changed the top reference and deleted the second, and I still am getting the fall behind in my safari 4 for windows. I think I'll call around and try to find someone with a mac.

I don't know what's going on, now it's falling behind in firefox as well, and I already tested that browser....I think

That is odd!
I am running Safari for windows 4.0 (530.17) and it works fine. Menu is over the top of the flash as it is supposed to be.

And I just fired up my mac, that I use for testing, and it looks good there too.
mac os 10.5.7 Safari 3.23

Although in FF, its not working now. That is likely due to removing the second instance of the wmode parameter. I think that one was there for non ie browsers

Well it looks like that 2nd instance was for firefox..I replaced it and firefox works again.

gruant: were you able to get the issue resolved? The page says you are currently updating the site when I try to view the link you sent me.

phania: The dropdown menus look fine when I view the page in Safari. Did you change anything since you made the post?
