This is an order or installation order. You cannot install eCart last or it will overwrite some newer shared files with older versions. The solution is to uninstall and re-install Data Bridge.

Did this help? Tips are appreciated...

Excellent, I will uninstall and try again. The install documentation should then really list the order it should be installed in. In the pas with all extensions it asks if you want to replace an older / newer copy.

reset the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

Thank you very much, it worked after I re-installed.
Another question that might not concern you.
I have a connection to MySQL that I used in Dreamweaver CS3 and has always worked fine, When I use the same connection in Dreamweaver CS6 I get an error, the connection fails, and have found that it is on fields that is set as Bit fields. As soon as I remove them, the connection works.
What should I use instead of Bit.
